Peirovdinnabi v. Canada

Issue: Whether our client misrepresented himself in telling the immigration department that he was living together with his wife when they were staying at two different addresses. Our client was successful at the Immigration Appeal Division, but the government appealed to the Federal Court. In this decision, the Federal Court dismissed the government’s appeal.
